The Topo Ring.

This is a big ole' gorgeous slice of Australian Variscite. It's striking, with ribbons of earthy greens and a cream background. It looks like a little landscape. The stone is wrapped in a tall, sterling bezel. 

Forged from sterling silver reclaimed from the early 1800s. I left the metal purposefully rough to add a bit of character. The band is beefy and wide. Essentially, three separate bands, two triangles, and one rectangle, soldered together to create a solid band. Made to withstand some wear and tear. Hand-forged and heavily textured. 

It's a nice mix, with a substantial weight and heft to the band and a clean stone setting. It was constructed using rough, heavily textured reclaimed metal oxidized to make the details pop.

A Note to Buyers
All the items in my collections are handmade and hand-finished from natural and reclaimed materials. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike, nor are they perfect. All handmade items will have natural imperfections. These slight imperfections give handcrafted items their innate, soulful character and appeal. It's not for everyone...But I like a little old soul in each and every piece I create.

The term "reclaimed" means items or materials used in making my jewelry are repurposed and recycled.
